Miami-Dade Police Investigating Shooting Involving Officers

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (CBSMiami) – Miami-Dade police are investigating a shooting that involved officers.
According to investigators, officers responded to a home at 20231 S.W. 122 Place just after 4:00 a.m. Sunday.
The officers said they encountered a man with a shotgun and shots were fired.
Miami-Dade police took the subject, a 26 year-old-man whose name has not been released, into custody.
After he was arrested, officers noticed he had a gunshot wound and he was transported to Kendall Regional Trauma Center where official said he is in stable condition.
None of the officers were injured.
