Exclusive: Man Accused Of Filming Roommate, Kids In The Bathroom

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) -- A man is facing charges, accused of filming his roommate and her two children while they were in the bathroom.

Deputies arrested Isaias Ramos, 32, on Wednesday on two charges of video voyeurism. Ramos face a judge in bond court on Thursday. As of Thursday evening, Ramos was still being held in jail on $20,000 bond.

Investigators said it happened over a two month span inside a North Lauderdale apartment building where Ramos rented a room from the victim.

According to his arrest report, he lived there with his girlfriend and the victims. Once the girlfriend broke up with Ramos, she left the apartment.

Th ex-girlfriend discovered the videos and warned her friend, according to the report which states, "The ex girlfriend told the victim that she found several videos of the victim along with her two children in the bathroom on Mr. Ramos' email account."

The victims spoke to CBS4's Carey Codd. She said she still cannot believe someone did this to her and her two young children, ages 5 and 7.

"I'm upset because he invaded the privacy of my kids," said the victim who will remain unidentified.

The victim said she watched the videos and kicked Ramos out of her apartment.

"I got very upset. I went and talked to the police," she said.

The victim said she feels violated.

"For my kids. The girl's a girl. It wasn't correct what he was doing," she said.
