According to the incident report,  the 14-year old who modeled children's clothing for the store had been "unwantingly sexually touched" by Kim on several occasions before she ended up quitting the store located at 6708 Sterling Road.

The alleged victims claims, in the incident report, that Kim "would grab her and pull her down to attempt for her to sit on his lap."

She also claims he would grope her butt and breasts several times.

On one occasion, Kim allegedly became more aggressive by trying to put his hand down her pants and shirt. The girl was able to push him off and  get away.

The victim told her mother who later called police.

"I know he put a sign out looking for models, petite models. We were like okay but we never thought there was anything going on in there," said Mellitza Lumdungo who owns a neighboring business.

Meantime, Kim claims he "never touched her inappropriately, according to the report. He also said the only time he "has touched her was to address a underwear line that was sticking out of her pants."

The report also states the victim said  Kim allegedly never used words to "try to seduce her and say phrases like, 'I want to have sex with you.'"

Authorities said they are also investigating him in a case of  an alleged voyeurism of an adult employee.

"The adult victim was modeling the clothing and the allegation is that he was attempting to video tape  her as she was getting changed into the clothing she was to model," said Davie Police Captain Dale Engle.

The store was closed after his arrest, but there was a very specific help wanted sign still hanging from the window. The sign offers work for a model. Kim was looking for a model who was 5'3" to 5'6" in height. The sign also called for the model to be top size small and bottom size one or three.

Police said  they are trying to find out if there are possibly more victims.

"We believe there may be more victims and it's not only underage but adult people that he employs that he asks to model," said Engle.

CBS4's MaryAnn Martinez went to Kim's  Davie home not too far from the clothing store but no one came to the door when they knocked.

Kim is facing charges of lewd and lascivious molestation and lewd and lascivious conduct.
