Special Delivery Of Heroin Found Inside Flower Shipment
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers discovered a special delivery inside a batch of flowers.
The officers seized more than three pounds of heroin with an estimated street value of $150,000.
According to CBP, the heroin contained inside several cylinders was discovered while inspecting air cargo shipments coming from Colombia.
The agency did not release any information about whether the person or persons responsible for the shipment were located.
