Job Title: NATIONAL SALES ASSISTANT
WBFS-TV has an opening for a National Sales Assistant. The candidate will assist the National/Local Sales Manager and Account Executives with daily sales support including, but not limited to, input and revision of sales orders, managing sales orders to ensure run rates of 99% or greater, researching discrepancies, posting orders, creating proposals and updating sales logs. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, filling and assisting with local station events.
- Outstanding computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize daily responsibilities and work independently.
