Deadly Shooting In Orlando Nightclub Parking Lot
ORLANDO (CBSMiami/AP) — A night out at a club turned deadly for a man in Orlando.
The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday in the parking lot of the Whiskey River Lounge.
A man was found with multiple gunshot wounds and a witness pointed toward a vehicle they believed the shooter was inside. Orlando Police say the vehicle accelerated toward the officer and he shot at it.
The driver fled. The officer was uninjured. The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital.
The suspect's vehicle was later found abandoned with a gun inside.
