According to the arrest report,  on March 4th,  Rios allegedly got out of her car in front of Hialeah Middle School and started a verbal altercation with her daughter's classmate. The verbal argument escalated and Rios allegedly started swinging  at the victim.

"She got out of the car and saying she was going to hit or or whatever.  She started holding and touching her and then she backed away, she approached her and started swinging," said Portal.

The victim started bleeding when Rios allegedly  scratched the victim on the neck.

Rios also punched the victim on the upper lip who was defending herself by swinging back, according to the report.

The victim was able to scratch Rios' arm and neck.

Two different witnesses told police that Rios was the primary aggressor.

When Marianne Blanco saw the video her son shot, she posted it online.

"I decided to post it on Facebook. I decided to post it on YouTube because I think that everyone has to know what's happening in school," she said.

"We have to project love and safety for the kids. We can't project violence.  They have enough violence in video games, TV shows.  They don't need that," said Blanco.

When reached by phone, Rios did not want to comment about the incident.
