In the wake of the Ted Wells Report, The Miami Dolphins are pushing a piece of legislation this year in Tallahassee that would target bullying in high school and college athletics. But it would also create new workplace standards for all professional sports teams in the state of Florida – Dolphins, Heat, Marlins, Panthers, Jaguars. It would make it illegal for players to do the things that Richie Incognito and others on the Dolphins did to Jonathan Martin, leaving the individual players and the teams liable for fines. Jim talksabout all of this with the bill’s sponsor, State Senator Oscar Braynon. To watch the interview, click on the above picture.
