Nadal Set To Play In 2014 Sony Open
KEY BISCAYNE (CBSMiami) - The Sony Open on Key Biscayne will feature the number one men's player in the world this year.
The tournament announced Rafael Nadal would again seek his first Sony Open title this year. Nadal's opponent will be announced on March 17 during the draw for the rest of the men's field.
Nadal played in 14 finals last year and won 10 of them. He's a 13-time Grand Slam winner and has won at least one Grand Slam event in each of the last nine years.
Nadal finished second this year at the Australian Open.
Other players set to appear at the Sony Open include: Roger Federer, Andy Murray, Stanislas Wawrinka, and Novak Djokovic.
The Sony Open will run from March 17-30 on the purple courts at the Crandon Tennis Center on Key Biscayne.
