MIAMI (CBSMiami) – City leaders and residents in Coconut Grove will come together Saturday to celebrate the grand opening of a new police office in the community.
The new Miami Police Coconut Grove office is located at 3727 Grand Avenue.
A ribbon cutting will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014.
Officials said the office will be open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a public service aide will be on the site to assist people who come to the office.
Miami Police Chief Manuel Orosa, Mayor Tomas Regalado and Commissioner Marc Sarnoff are scheduled to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony.
