FBI Releases Pictures Of "Sporty" Davie Bank Robber

DAVIE (CBSMiami) – The FBI has released surveillance images of a man they say robbed a Wells Fargo bank in Davie.

The man, dressed in dark pants, a dark hooded long sleeve shirt with the worD "EVERLAST" on its front, with a white cloth covering his face walked into the bank at 5830 S University Drive on Monday, Dec. 9th, around 10:30 a.m.

The man, who was carrying a hand gun, proceeded to a teller station where he demanded cash. An undisclosed amount of money was given to him and he left the bank.

There were customers in the bank at the time of the robbery, but no one was hurt.

Anyone with information on the robbery is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (305) 471-TIPS. A reward of up to $3,000 is available for information leading to an arrest.
