Facing South Florida: Miami Gardens Crime

The store owner has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city, the mayor, and the police department, alleging police harassment. The state's attorney has just wrapped up its investigation and there is already fallout following that office's decision to not charge officers with any crime.
