MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland is on the hot seat after a report that said he told Jonathan Martin's agent to punch Richie Incognito. Ireland is also getting roasted by former Dolphins backup quarterback Sage Rosenfels.
The former quarterback spent just a few weeks with the Dolphins in 2011, but it was enough to cement his opinion about Ireland.
