Fins Rule OT Jonathan Martin Out Of Thursday's Game

DAVIE (CBSMiami) - Troubled Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Jonathan Martin has been downgraded to out for Thursday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Martin left the team on Monday night after an alleged prank by a teammate and hasn't been back with the squad since. Multiple reports have stated Martin had an emotional breakdown and is not seeking treatment.

The Dolphins, as is club policy, have refused to address Martin's status. Until the first reports of the breakdown surfaced Wednesday night, Martin was listed as "doubtful" with an "illness" on the team's injury report.

CBS4 news partner the Miami Herald said the listing of Martin as doubtful with an illness on the injury report is in compliance with league rules.

With Martin out, the Fins are likely to start Tyson Clabo at right tackle. Clabo has struggled all season with giving up sacks after spending the last several years in Atlanta as a solid starting tackle.
