Worker Hurt In Ft. Lauderdale Construction Accident
FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - One man was rushed to the hospital after a beam collapsed at a Ft. Lauderdale construction site.
The accident happened at 109 S. Gordon Road where workers are building a two story home.
The man was pouring concrete for a second floor when a board he was standing on gave way.
Ft. Lauderdale firefighters arrived to find collapse debris and the injured man who had fallen approximately 25 feet. He was taken to Broward Health Medical Center as a trauma alert.
