LOS ANGELES (CBSMiami) – It’s been rumored for months and apparently its true. Olympian Bruce Jenner and his wife Kris Jenner are separated after 22-years of marriage.
E! Network, the network that airs “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” quoted the couple as saying they are living separately and are much happier that way.
The couple also said in a statement they still “love and respect each other” and “will always remain best friends.”
Kris also spoke to Us Weekly, revealing that they kept the separation under wraps for a year and reiterated that there’s no bitterness between the two.
The Jenners have two daughters together, Kendall and Kylie.
The 57-year-old Kris Jenner is also the mother of Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian from her marriage to Robert Kardashian.
The 63-year-old Bruce Jenner won an Olympic gold medal in the decathlon in 1976.
They say no divorce papers have been filed and that Bruce will continue to appear on “Keeping up with the Kardashians.”
