Casey Anthony's Attorney's Try To Block Deposition

ORLANDO (CBSMiami/AP) – During the investigation into the 2-year old Caylee Anthony in 2008, the girl's mother Casey Anthony told detectives that a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped her daughter.

Anthony was acquitted in 2011 of murdering her daughter.

Gonzalez says she was defamed by Anthony and should be considered a creditor in her Tamp bankruptcy case. Anthony is slated to give the deposition on Wednesday to Gonzalez's attorneys.

Anthony's attorneys are trying to block that. They filed a motion late last week asking a judge stop the deposition.

Anthony's attorneys say the deposition should be stopped because they weren't properly given notice and Gonzalez's claim lacks merit.
