MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP) — No injuries were reported after a Tri-Rail train sideswiped a Jeep early Monday morning in West Park.
The Broward Sheriff’s Office said the Jeep was trying to make a U-turn in the railroad crossing at Hallandale Beach Boulevard and got stuck.
The three people inside the Jeep had just left Scarlett’s Cabaret in nearby Hallandale Beach, according to the sheriff’s office.
The driver faces DUI charges.
