With the start of hurricane season, Facing South Florida takes a deeper look at Citizens Property Insurance and its myriad problems.  CBS4's Jim DeFede examines Citizen's decision to award a $52 million contract to a company that was created eight months ago.

Days before state regulators approved the deal this brand new company, Heritage Insurance, gave $110,000 to Gov. Scott's re-election campaign. Democrats and Republicans are both complaining about it. Gov. Scott denies he did anything wrong and refuses to return the money.
