Woman Slapped, Robbed Outside Miami Market

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami police have released surveillance images of three people who robbed and slapped a woman outside a Miami supermarket last month in hopes that someone recognizes them and gives them a call.

The robbery occurred Sunday, April 28th, just outside of the Bravo Supermarket at NW 2nd Avenue and 67th Street.

When Andria Ducasse left the market around 1 p.m., three males on bicycles followed her to the end of the block. There they jumped off their bikes and told her to hand over her purse. Ducasse said one of her attackers pulled a gun.

After one of the males grabbed her purse, he slapped Ducasse in the face. All three then hopped back on their bikes and rode off.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the Miami Police Department's Robbery Unit at (305) 603-6370 or Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at (305) 471- TIPS (4877).
