Report: Christian Slater Buys Coconut Grove Home
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – On the same day news broke that Alex Rodriguez was selling his Miami Beach home, actor Christian Slater is making news by purchasing a multi-million dollar home in Coconut Grove.
According to the Daily Business Review, Slater bought the Coconut Grove home on St. Gaudens Road for $2.2 million. The area is known in real estate circles as Villa Dolce Far Niente, according to the Daily Business Review.
The two-story home has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a guest quarters, and pool.
While Slater's purchase only topped out at $2.2 million, A-Rod made quite a bit more on his real estate deal that was revealed Thursday by TMZ.com.
