Living Large: $15M Home In Fort Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - Welcome to 512 Seven Isles drive in Fort Lauderdale. Located just off Las Olas Boulevard, the estate features an 11-car garage, two separate pools and wide water views.

"Just the main home is 13-thousand square feet with eight bedrooms. Then we have a guest home 6000-square feet with five bedrooms, so a total of thirteen bedrooms," said  Susan Rindley of One Sothebys International Realty.

When CBS4's Lisa Petrillo asked Susan just how much the luxury home would cost she responded, "15 million."

With a large bar room and a karaoke set, this homeowner sure likes to entertain. Just upstairs from the bar, there is more room for play.

"This is where he plays his ping pong," said Susan. "And of course a separate kitchen and this is theater where a large TV screen pops up."

The master bedroom has sky-high ceilings and a large sitting area, and the master bath with stained-glass windows.

Docked outside on nearly 600-feet of dock space were two of the owner's five yachts.

"He brought in Italian marble. You don't see docks like this. It's pretty spectacular, " said Rindley.

Also, just for the yachts, is a specially designed crane that lifts the boats in-and-out of the water.

Tagging along the impressive main house, is a 6000-square foot guest house which is included in the $15 million price tag. It can also be purchased separately for $6 million.

The separate guest house features a full-size kitchen with wood beam ceilings and a checkerboard backsplash over the stove. Downstairs is a spacious living area and a two-story master suite with solid wood doors. The home in total has five bedrooms.

At 512 Seven Isles, there's certainly enough room for the family—and then some.
