Two Charged In Deadly Grove Shooting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Police have arrested two people in connection with a deadly shooting in Coconut Grove over the weekend.

Terin Fuller, 21, and Joshua West, 19, have been charged with First Degree Murder in the death of Fredrick Gibson. They been ordered held without bond.

Gibson, 20, was gunned down in front of his family's family home in the 3800 block of Charles Street early Saturday.

Bullet holes remain in homes where shots were sprayed. Gibson died in front of his home. His best friend Blake West was shot in the ankle. Gibson's mother, Bellsennes Janes, does not believe her son was the target in the shooting.

"This was not meant for my son. He stuck close to home, to me. He loved his family. He was talking about a future for himself," said Janes.

Bother Fuller and West are being held without bond.
