Fatal Head-On Collision Closes Seven Mile Bridge In Keys

FLORIDA KEYS (CBS4) - The Seven Mile Bridge in the Florida Keyswas closed in both directions Wednesday night after a two cars collided, killing one person and injuring another.

The Florida Highway Patrol told CBS4 News that the head on crash occurred at the north end of the bridge just before 9 p.m.

One person was airlifted to a Miami hospital in unknown condition.

Authorities closed the highway while they investigate.
