People with spinal cord injuries and others with mobility issues are now able to enjoy a day at the beach, in the water, just like everyone else, thanks to the passion of a South Florida couple who created a nonprofit called Broward Sea Legs which raises money to provide floating wheelchairs for people with disabilities at local beaches.
