Missing Miami Boy Found Safe
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The search over for a missing Miami boy.
Around 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Miami police confirmed that eight year old Marquis Calloway was found safe at a family members house.
Calloway disappeared from his home in the area of NW 1th Avenue and 67th Street Saturday morning around 10 a.m.
He was wearing a gray polo shirt, blue jeans and blue & white Jordan sneakers.
Police said the boy and his friend had just come back from visiting their mother at a restaurant about five blocks away.
"We are hoping he is at a friend's house," Calloway's cousin Shironda Johnson said late Saturday.
Police searched the neighborhood with K9s looking for the boy with no luck.
