Man Accused Of Killing 17-Year Old Girlfriend In Hialeah
HIALEAH (CBSMiami) – A Miami man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of his 17-year old girlfriend.
Yoan Raul Dominguez, 21, allegedly shot and killed Genesis Fonseca while the two were visiting her mother's apartment at 6396 W 27th Avenue in Hialeah. Witnesses told police Dominguez was seen running from the apartment after the shooting. The teen's mother was not home at the time of the shooting.
Dominguez was picked up by Hialeah police on Sunday. He's being held without bond.
