NATIONAL SALES ASSISTANT
Description:
CBS Miami WBFS-TV has an opening for a National Sales Assistant. The candidate will assist the National/Local Sales Manager and Account Executives updating spreadsheets, typing of letters, memos, proposals, etc. Input and revise sales orders in Internal CBS program as well as Media Line. Will manage make-goods for all national reps, process scripts, answer phones, filing as well as working at station events (promotions, casting calls, etc).
Requirements:
- Outstanding computer skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Excellent Excel skills a must.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Must be able to multitask, prioritize daily responsibilities and work independently.
