Car Plows Into Tamarac Deli

TAMARAC (CBSMiami) – A deli in Tamarac was almost turned into a drive thru restaurant Monday morning after a lead footed driver failed to hit the brakes in time.

Around 10:30 a.m., a car plowed through the glass front doors of Nosher's Deli at 7144 Nob Hill Road. The vehicle was about a foot and a half into the building before it came to a halt.

One person who was inside the deli received a couple of small cuts. The driver was not hurt.
