CBS4 Chef’s Roundtable Serves Up Food For Thought

MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) – A culinary extravaganza kicks off Thursday night at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival.

The 12th annual epicurean delight has a number of events planned including tonight’s opening with “The Q” hosted by Paula Deen and Sons at the Delano.

The festival continues through the weekend and is packed with some great events, many of which are sold out.

While the highlights of the festival are high profile celebrity chefs like Rachael Ray, Giada De Laurentiis, Guy Fieri and Bobby Flay to name a few, there are some local executive chefs that can give the big stars a run for their money.

You may not recognize their names because they’re not celebrities but they certainly have cooked for some.

Tonight, they’re coming out of the kitchen and serving up some food for thought in a Chef’s Roundtable with CBS4’s Lisa Petrillo.
