Is there anyone that can and will donate enough indoor white or off white house paint so I can paint the badly needed inside of this house and make it a clean comfortable home for my grand children to come home to. I do not want to go into the embarassing details but need the paint donated and this will be greatly appreciated by the whole family. Thank you to anyone that can help us and just hope and pray somebody can and will help. I know we need about 5 gallons to do the entire inside and think it would take more but I will do the most important rooms first and leave my room undone untill kids and living room is done. to whom can you complain to if your condo association is mismanaging your account ? or is there a department with the city that can investigate the issue ?
I know someone unemployed for two years. Now employed , but underemployed . Still paying condo maintenance but not mortgage . Asked for loan modification , but Turned down because underemployed. . Has 2two contracts on sale by short sale. Concerned bank ignores this and forecloses
I am a disabled woman on a poverty income. I own my home and it is paid for. However, I do not have the income for the up keep. My roof needs to be replaced. I am unable to get a second mortgage due to prior credit problems that raised from my health. I am desperate, I am aware of grant from the government for people such as myself. Can you please assist me in finding how to get a grant. I also am quite ashamed to say,I am way behind my property taxes and do not have home owners insurance! TAMPA (CBSMiami) — Twenty-nine people had to be evacuated Sunday morning after a fire tore through an apartment complex in Tampa.

Flames were seen shooting from the Harbour Walk apartments in the Town ‘n’ Country area of Tampa on Saturday.

Heavy flames were already tearing through the upstairs and downstairs apartment units when Hillsborough County Fire Rescue arrived on scene, according to firefighters.

Additional firefighters were called to the scene to help and after 25 minutes the fire was fully extinguished.

Officials say the apartments are a total loss.

No one was injured, but more than two dozen families were left homeless and are now receiving help from the Red Cross.
