MIAMI (CBS4) – A Super Bowl party turned deadly in Miami Gardens on Sunday.

A group of people were standing outside a home in the 2300 block of NW 204th around 6 p.m. when someone in a car driving by opened fire.

One man was killed, two others were wounded and taken to the Ryder Trauma Center. One of the injured was listed in critical condition.

Witnesses said the man who died was a father of two. He had gone outside to get something from his car.

Police have not released his name or those of the injured. The have also not released a description of the vehicle used in the drive by shooting.
