MIAMI (CBSMiami) – In the next two weeks, thousands of people of people will descend on Miami-Dade for the 2013 Discover Orange Bowl and the 2013 Discover BSC National Championship Game.

To accommodate them, the Orange Bowl Committee requested that the county issue temporary limousine permits to ensure that those in town for the games can actually get to them.

The county is now issuing issued to existing Miami-Dade license holders who desire to add vehicles to their fleet for these events. Once issued, the temporary licenses will be valid for the period of December 27, 2012 through January 10, 2013.
