Worst Page Ever Printed: List Of 20 Kids, 8 Adults Killed In Shooting

NEWTOWN, Conn. (CBSMiami) – Investigators in Connecticut Saturday afternoon finished the gruesome task of identifying victims — the majority of them children — of a deadly elementary school shooting in the sleepy community of Newtown.

The list of 12 girls, eight boys and eight adults killed was released Saturday afternoon.

Twenty-eight people were killed, including 20 children, when 20-year-old Adam Lanza busted past Sandy Hook Elementary School's new security measures and — after brandishing a .223 Bushmaster semi-automatic rifle and killing the principal in her office — went into two classrooms and sprayed bullets at children.

All 27 victims had between 3 and 11 wounds, according to Connecticut Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Wayne H. Carver II.
