MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Make history on a day that does the same: serve people in crisis by donating to Neighbors 4 Neighbors on 12/12/12 – “Give Miami Day”.
CBS4’s Neighbors 4 Neighbors, along with more than 300 other Miami-Dade County nonprofit organizations, are registered for the inaugural Give Miami Day.
Your donation of $25 or more will have a percentage of it matched by The Miami Foundation. This 24-hour online giving event began at midnight on Wednesday will at midnight on Thursday.
Your donation empowers South Florida non-profit organizations to build a greater Miami, a cause Neighbors 4 Neighbors first undertook after 1992’s Hurricane Andrew.

During Give Miami Day, incentive gifts will be offered to organizations that meet the following goals:
- Lunch Time Special — 12 noon – 2:00 pm
$1,000 to the organization that receives the most unique donations during this time period - Happy Hour — 5:00 pm
$500 to the organization that receives the gift closest to 5:00 pm - Rush Hour Fast Track — 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
$1,500 to the organization that receives the most unique donations during this time period - Primetime Prize — 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm
$1,000 to the organization that receives the most unique donations during this time period - Procrastinator’s Prize — 11:00 pm –12:00 midnight
$1,000 to the organization that receives the most unique donations during this time period
