PEMBROKE PARK (CBS4) – A Broward County man is facing one charge of Lewd & Lascivious conduct after police say he inappropriately touched a child.

Ernesto Panduro-Rojas, 50, is being held on 10,000 dollars bond.

Panduro-Rojas is accused of hugging a young boy from behind and kissing his neck while rubbing the boy’s buttocks and genitals. The boy also told police that he felt Panduro-Rojas’ erect penis rubbing against him during the incident.

In bond court Monday, the judge learned Panduro-Rojas works as an ice cream truck driver. The judge ordered that Panduro-Rojas have no contact with minors.
