MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) — Miami Beach’s mega mansions are flooding the market.
“The Jills”, otherwise known as Coldwell Banker’s Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg, announced the listing of a $37 million mansion this week.
The estate at 42 La Gorce Circle was built in 1998. It features just under 17,000 total square feet, 11 bedrooms, 14 full bathrooms and three half-baths. The 1.63-acre lot features tropical landscaping, a lagoon-style pool, a tennis court, three teak docks and almost 350 feet of Biscayne Bay waterfront.
The home last sold in 2001 for $12.45 million, according to county records. The current owners are listed as Emira Invest and Ontario.
