In Nail Biter, Heat Edge Out Spurs 104-101

MIAMI (AP) — Rashard Lewis scored 11 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter and the Miami Heat rallied for a 104-101 preseason win against the San Antonio Spurs on Saturday.

The Heat played without NBA MVP LeBron James, who was out with "general soreness," according to coach Erik Spoelstra.

Josh Harrelson's 3-pointer with 1:01 remaining put the Heat ahead for good at 102-99. Harrelson finished with 10 points.

The Spurs (3-2) had one last chance but Cory Joseph's 3-point attempt bounced off the rim. Danny Green led San Antonio with 17 points.
