N. MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) — One-year-old James Morrison was found safe late Friday afternoon, according to CBS4′s Carey Codd.
Early Friday afternoon, an AMBER Alert was issued for the boy after police said they believed he and Jameeka McIntosh, 25, were being held against their will by 30-year-old Roderico Morrison.
North Miami Beach Police’s Tom Carney told CBS4 a witness saw a woman struggling with a man as he pushed her into a car. Her personal belongings were found on the ground.
Police are still investigating the situation.
