MIAMI (CBS) – A Hialeah man has been charged with first degree murder in the death of a co-worker.
Witnesses told police that Oscar Quintana, 41, got into a fight Wednesday with 22-year old Henry Rodriguez in the warehouse of Keystone Automotive in Medley. When Rodriguez stormed off to speak to his supervisor, investigators say Quintana went and got knife from the kitchen area of the business.
Quintana then found Rodriguez and reportedly began insulting him. When Rodriguez lunged at Quintana, the older man allegedly stabbed him.
Rodriguez died on the scene.
Quintana is being held without bond.
