ORLANDO (CBSMiami) – Thursday is Casey Anthony’s last day on probation.
Her attorney Cheney Mason told CNN Anthony’s probation ends at midnight.
Mason said nothing special will happen. She is staying with a friend in Florida and will remain at the same home.
But Anthony will no longer have to report to a probation officer and can leave Florida without permission.
She’s been on probation for check fraud charges unrelated to the 2008 disappearance of her daughter, Caylee.
Anthony was acquitted in the murder in Caylee’s death last year.
