BOYNTON BEACH (CBSMiami) – One of the two men found shot in a car in Boynton Beach has died.

Boynton Beach police spokeswoman Stephanie Slater said 18-year old Mark Phileus, who had been shot in the head, died Saturday evening at the Delray Medical Center.  The other person who was with him in the car, 21-year old Marquis Bradley, was released from the hospital with a gun shot wound to his leg.

Slater said the shooting happened around midnight on Saturday morning.   Police believe Phileus and Bradley were both sitting in the car when they were shot.  She confirmed they do have a suspect in custody but did not release their name.

Police have not said what up to the shooting.
