The boy’s parents told detectives the five-year-old boy attended religious studies at Syed’s home between September 2011 and June 28 of this year. The boy told detectives that Syed fondled his genitals numerous times.
Syed was arrested and charged with one count of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child younger than 12.
