MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Two of Europe’s biggest soccer teams will face off at Sun Life Stadium Saturday for an exhibition match as part of the World Football Challenge.
Chelsea FC is playing AC Milan on Saturday, July 28 at 6 p.m. in Sun Life Stadium.
More than 60,000 tickets have been sold.
Tickets start at $29 at all Ticketmaster outlets.
The game will be Chelsea’s first appearance in South Florida. The team won the UEFA Champions League title in May and features standouts like Spanish forward Fernando Torres and English national team stars John Terry and Frank Lampard.
AC Milan hasn’t been to South Florida in 18 years. The last time AC Milan played here was in 1994 when they played the Colombian National Team. AC Milan has players including Brazil’s Robinho and Pato and Swedish forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
