FT. LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) – A North Lauderdale man is behind bars in Broward for reportedly having sex with an underage girl.
Evens Milice, 36, is charged with four counts of lewd or lascivious battery on child under 16 years of age.
According to the arrest report, it began in July, 2009 when Milice had sexual intercourse with the girl who was 13-years old at the time. Over the next three years, Milice and the teen reportedly performed sex acts on each other, or had sexual intercourse, more than two dozen times. Sometimes they would do it at Milice’s residence; other times were the girl lived, according to the report.
On two of the occasions, the girl’s siblings reportedly looked through an opening in a door knob and saw Milice having sex with the teen.
He’s being held on $40,000 bond.
