Sample Ballots In The Mail In Broward

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Broward County voters will soon be getting a preview of the upcoming election in the mail shortly.

County election officials will be mailing out Sample Ballots for the Primary Election in the coming days.

The Sample Ballot contains the candidates for the Primary Election and essential information.

Only one Sample Ballot will be sent out per household.

Broward County officials wants you double-check your Sample Ballot with your Voter Information Card to find out if your assigned congressional, legislative and county commission districts are on the ballot in the upcoming election.

Also, be advised that the last day to register to vote or change your party affiliation for the upcoming Primary Election is July 16th.

Early voting begins on August 4th and runs through the 11th from 11 a.m. through 7 p.m.

The last day to request that an absentee ballot be mailed is August 8th.
