Blaze At Hialeah Strip Mall Possibly Sparked By Fireworks
HIALEAH (CBSMiami) – Thick white smoke billowed into the sky Thursday morning from a fire at a Hialeah strip mall.
Chopper4 over the scene at 914 East 25th Street saw firefighters attacking the fire in the rear of the businesses.
The fire looks to have originated behind the Miranda Restaurant and Mercy Dollar store. Quick action by firefighters prevented it from doing any severe damage to the inside of the businesses. They stopped the blaze before it spread to a nearby pet store.
No injuries were reported.
