Handyman Fatally Shot In Fort Lauderdale Apartment

FORT LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – Police are investigating a the suspicious death of a handyman found shot inside a Fort Lauderdale apartment.
Det. Travis Mandell said the body of Steven Look, 54, was found in an empty unit on the 1100 block of Southwest 16th Avenue on Wednesday.
Det. Mandell believes that around 11:30 a.m. Look, who was a handyman for the complex. was working inside the apartment when he was fatally shot by an unknown assailant.
Detectives are urging anyone who may have exterior home surveillance cameras in the Riverside Park or Shady Banks neighborhood, possibly recording between the hours of 8 A.M to Noon, on June 27th, 2012, to contact Detective Jack DiCristofalo at 954-828-6096 or Detective Mark Breen at 954-828-5708.
