FORT LAUDERDALE (CBS4) – Fort Lauderdale Police are looking for whoever shot a man and left him to die in a neighborhood Monday night.
Det. Travis Mandell said the body of Rashad Rucker, early 20s, was found on the 1100 block of Northwest 3rd Street.
A perimeter was set up to search for the suspect, but the shooter was not found.
A records check shows Rucker has been arrested for cocaine possession, arson, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
Police do not have a motive for the shooting.
