Two Tampa Bay Middle School Students Arrested For Molestation

ST. PETERSBURG (CBSMiami/AP) – Two Tampa Bay middle school students were arrested for molesting a female as other students witnessed the alleged assault, police said Friday.

Police reported that two sixth grade students grabbed a female student, held her down on the bleachers and took turns fondling her.

Several students witnessed the alleged assault. The 12 year old victim reported the incident to her teacher.

The two students, whose names are not being disclosed because they are minors, were charged with lewd and lascivious molestation.

The suspects were arrested at school and taken to the Pinellas County Juvenile Detention Facility.
